LAND USE/BUILDING PERMITS
New structures measuring 1,000 square feet or less require a Township Land Use/Building Permit. This is completed “in-house” and costs $25.
New structures measuring more than 1,000 square feet require a Township Land Use Permit along with a permit from our third party Code Enforcement company – PA Municipal Code Alliance (PMCA).

Structures planned for demolition must receive a permit from both Jackson Township and PMCA. Structures cannot be removed from tax rolls without an approved demolition permit from the Township.
